Order Forms

Introduction

On this page you fill find a list of services available to exhibitors at MACH and links to the various forms and order systems. Depending on your stand type you may need to fill out different order forms, your stand type is listed on your contract for space and colour coded on the MACH floorplan so please check if you are not sure.

Helpful Hints:

• Read the guidance for your stand type and understand what the requirements are for your stand
• Keep an eye on deadlines – additional charges may apply if you miss submission dates so add them to your calendar
• Please be aware that many  services at MACH are provided by third party suppliers – orders placed with them are subject to their terms and conditions and are administered by them directly.
• If you are filling out a pdf or the form link sends you to an external website make sure you update the task status task status by clicking on the drop-down menu as this will not happen automatically.
• Any additional information and guides sent out to help you with these forms will be saved in the ‘Help’ section on your E-Zone Dashboard so check there if you get stuck.

Certain forms may have additional charges or raised tariffs if not submitted before the Due Date.
