This form is COMPULSORY FOR SPACE ONLY STANDS. Shell and ShowReady exhibitors do not need to complete this form unless they are planning a substantial build within the Shell/ShowReady boundaries.

Please ensure that you have read and understood the MACH 2026 Stand Build regulations and that the designs you are submitting are compliant. A copy of the regulations can is to be found in the attachment section of this form.

1. Please confirm your stand design includes your stand number at a minimum size of 150mm high as required by the Stand Build Regulations(Required)

2. What is the maximum height of the stand from the venue floor in metres?(Required)

3. What is the maximum distance in meters (furthest point from a gangway) a person would have to travel to exit the stand?(Required)

4. If your stand is adjoining other stands please confirm the height of the dividing walls Please refer to the MACH Stand Build Regulations [reg 4.d.iii] to ensure your wall are compliant(Required)

5. Does the design include any solid walling built on open edge against an aisle? If Yes, please refer to the MACH Stand Build Regulations [reg. 4.e-h] to ensure that the walling complies with the show rules relating to walls built against a gangway.(Required)

6. What is the floor covering? e.g. carpet, vinyl etc... Please note space only stand must provide their own floor covering(Required)

7. Will the stand have a platform?(Required)

If Yes, please confirm the platform height in mm Where a platform is installed the provisions of the access e-guide should be considered

8. Will the stand have any doors? If Yes, please refer to the MACH Stand Build Regulations [reg 9](Required)

In order to issue a permission to build certificate for your stand at MACH the following documents must be submitted:

Scale plans of the stand showing dimensions, elevations, stand fittings and exhibits

To ensure your documentation is processed as efficiently as possible please ensure all files have the stand number or exhibitor name in the file title.
