Event Timetable

Timetable and Access

MACH 2026 will be in build from the 14th – 19th April but please be aware that on certain days access is restricted to limited activities or stand types. We strongly recommend you check the event timetable carefully and confirm when you will be permitted access and what of level PPE is required before arriving onsite.

The type of pass that is required for exhibitors to access the halls varies during the tenancy; please refer to the table below to see what passes needed:

Build Up Open Days Friday Breakdown
CDM Wristband Exhibitor Badge
(Visitor badges are not valid during exhibit maintenance times)
Exhibitor Badge
(Immediately after show closing)

CDM Wristband
(When CDM conditions are announced – approx. 1800)

CDM Wristband

We have removed the requirement for exhibitors to fill out wristband request forms for either themselves or their contractors. Instead, all exhibitors will be sent an allowance of wristbands to enable their staff to access the site during build and break. Should you require additional wristbands these can be picked up on site from either the CDM office by Hall 17 or in the Hall 19 organisers offices.

Please note that we do not post internationally therefore international exhibitors will need to pick up their passes from the Hall 19 organisers offices.

Contractors will require a CDM wristband and appropriate PPE in order to gain entry during build-up and break-down (see table below)

Contractors can request an allocation of wristbands via the contractor contact information form.

Vehicles (Heavy Lifting) Vehicles (General)
Vehicles making deliveries for allocated slots in the lifting schedule should follow signs to the Lifting Car Park where they will be booked in and released down to the Halls when needed by ILS. If you are arriving at the exhibition by car please note that different parking systems are in operation during build/break/open days and that changes have been made to the process since the last show. Refer to the Parking Page of this manual for additional information.
